本臺車式加熱爐主要由爐體（爐子骨架和內(nèi)襯）、臺車及臺車驅(qū)動機構(gòu)、爐門及爐門升降機構(gòu)、爐壓控制系統(tǒng)、密封裝置、燃燒及自動控制系統(tǒng)、管路及管路自動控制系統(tǒng)、供風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、排煙及余熱回收系統(tǒng)、溫度控制系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成
應(yīng)用范圍
本蓄熱式燃氣臺車爐主要溫度不高于1250℃的鍛件毛坯加熱，又可進行淬火、正火、回火等熱處理工藝。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點
本蓄熱式燃氣臺車爐采用天然氣作燃料，與燃燒系統(tǒng)、溫控系統(tǒng)及程序控制系統(tǒng)配套使用，可自動控制燃燒工況、記錄工作溫度及加熱爐各種動作的自動化（含手動）操作。
